Aotearoa, 06 September 2024 – We're delighted to announce the finalists for our Volunteer Awards of Excellence 2024!

The awards provide a special opportunity to recognise and celebrate volunteers from across Aotearoa for their unwavering commitment, dedication, and lifesaving work within our organisation.

Our finalists represent units from all over New Zealand, spanning from Hokianga in the Far North to Bluff in the South, and many places in-between. With finalists acknowledged for their mahi both on the water and behind the scenes, it’s a true celebration of the contributions Coastguard volunteers make to saving lives in their communities.
